What you can expect from us
Terms and Conditions: We will agree all fees up front and confirm in writing or via email before we start sourcing candidates.
CV’s: We will never send you a CV without the express permission of the candidate
Candidates: Any candidate that we recommend for a role should be suitable and we will always be able to justify what in the candidate’s skills or experience makes them a good fit for the role
Checks: We are required by law to conduct certain checks on candidates before placing them with any company. These checks include identity and eligibility to work in the UK. We will be open throughout the process on which checks have and have not been done i.e. if we have only received one reference check back and are awaiting the second.
Unsatisfactory Temps: If a temporary worker does not meet your expectations or requirements, you are not obliged to continue their assignment. We have procedures in place for what you should do if you are unsatisfied with an individual worker.
Your Contact: We will assign one Recruitment Consultant to deal with all your requirements. They will work with you on an ongoing basis in order to gain an in depth knowledge of your business.
What we expect from you
Detailed Brief: For both temporary and permanent placements it is important to give a full and detailed description of the work that is to be carried out. We will require information such as, hours, location of work and duties. For the recruitment of permanent staff a more detailed job description and person specification will help us find the most suitable candidates for your company.
Signed Terms of Business: We will agree all terms of business in writing or via email before submitting candidates so it is important for you to carefully read, sign and return to us immediately.
Candidate Management: It is good practice to ensure all candidates have a short induction at the start of an assignment and are introduced to a senior member of staff.
Health & Safety: We have a legal responsibility to provide our Candidates with certain information about their assignment including any Health & Safety issues. Please promptly forward any Health & Safety information to your consultant when requested.
