Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting a customer service administrator for our highly successful client based in Nutts Corner.
Location: Nutts Corner
Pay rate: Dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
- Working in their groupage department – will be dealing with various contracts and customers (Home & Trade)
- Answering phone calls/ emails
- Answering all queries to do with deliveries
- Rearranging and rescheduling deliveries
- Manifesting Runs
- Working with transport planners organising deliveries
- A pro-active and positive approach towards working in a busy office environment with an ability to form productive working relationships at all levels
- Able to demonstrate competent IT Skills, excellent keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised and plan/prioritise own workload
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Good attention to detail and administration skills
- Good numerical, literacy and accuracy skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure effectively in a team
- Experience in a similar role or FMG.
