Position: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Carryduff, County Down
Duration: Full time
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Our client based in Carryduff is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver to deliver their products to various stores across NI. The position will require one overnight stay per week in Scotland/ England/ Wales.
Position: HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Carryduff
Duration: Temp to Perm
Rate of Pay: £12.50 to £13.50 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 45 Hours per week (One overnight per week)
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Making deliveries in a safe and timely fashion, adhering to Road Safety/Company Health and Safety policies and code of conduct at all times
- Delivering products to various stores
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service to customers and other road users
- Filling in all paperwork associated with the delivery of goods and returning paper work to the depot at the end of your shift
- Cover on a variety of routes across Northern Ireland depending on requirements each day/week
- All other delivery duties as required
Essential Criteria:
- Valid HGV Licence
- Previous HGV experience
- Valid Drivers CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph
