Internal Sales Executive

Position: Internal Sales Executive

Location: Belfast, County Antrim

Duration: Full time

Salary: £22k - 30k per hour

Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Support the project team by creating quotations and sourcing products Triage inbound sales requests and either handle them yourself or pass them onto relevant team member Handle web sales opportunities, including sourcing products, generating quotes and after sales support Chase suppliers for pricing, lead times and other information Liaise with clients to answer queries and refine quotations Build quotation documents using the internal systems Maintain accurate information on CRM and other sales systems Follow up on all quotations to encourage timely placement of order

Essential Criteria: Previous sales related or quoting experience Ability to quickly learn basic lighting systems including LED and dimming technologies Good written English - experience writing emails or using live chat Good IT skills High organised and good attention to detail Maths & English GCSE - Grade C or above
