HGV Class 1 Driver

Ashton Recruitment is currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Driver for our client based in Castlereagh.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide a high-quality service.

Position – HGV Class 1 Driver

Location – Belfast (Castlereagh and depots across NI)

Hours of Work : 08:00 – 16:30 day shift

23:00 – 05:00 night shift

Duration: 12 weeks temp to perm

Rate of Pay – £13.50 – £14.40 per hour day shift

£20.25 – £21.60 per hour night shift

Essential Criteria:

• HGV Class 1 Driving License.
• Must possess an up to date Driver qualification Card (CPC Card).
• CSR Card or other relevant health & safety qualification
• Candidates should be aware that this role will entail Manual Labour.
• The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, be able to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Must be reliable and have a good timekeeping and attendance record. Must be available to work overtime as and when required, this may include shift work.
• The potential to work in other depots within UK.

Desirable Criteria

• Hi-ab (crane) experience.
• Accredited Excavator Plant Card
