Are you an experienced Warehouse professional ready to take the next step into a management role? We are hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse in Bangor.

This full-time position is ideal for someone who can confidently lead a team, keep warehouse operations organised and efficient, and is equally comfortable getting stuck in on the warehouse floor when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse
• Leading, supporting and organising the warehouse team
• Planning workloads and ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
• Managing kit building and hose assembly processes, including output and staffing
• Monitoring stock movements and supporting accurate stock control
• Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Maintaining high standards of general warehouse housekeeping
• Managing ad hoc warehouse requirements as they arise
• Ensuring health & safety is considered at all times and company policies are followed
• Reporting to senior management on warehouse operations and performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse processes

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a warehouse environmen
• Valid forklift licence
• Clean driving licence
• Previous experience leading or supervising a warehouse team
• A responsible and reliable attitude
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Good IT skills
• Ability to prioritise your own workload and that of others
• Good time management and organisational skills

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Stock replenishment within a well-established supermarket.

• Adhering to all health & safety policies.
• Work on own initiative and contribute effectively within a team.
• Set up and tear down shelving, stock inventory and maintain various store fixtures to uphold company appearance.
• Clearing expired, broken, and otherwise unsuitable products from the displays.
