Ashton Recruitment is seeking a professional, friendly and organised Customer Service & Store Assistant to join their client's team based on the Castlereagh Road area of Belfast.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You will support the day-to-day running of the store while assisting customers with a range of services including courier shipments, packaging, mailbox rental, printing, copying, scanning and general business support.
The successful candidate will be confident dealing with customers, have strong attention to detail and take pride in providing a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive experience for every customer

Due to continued growth, Pivotal Sec Plus are seeking an experienced ATM Field Service Engineer to join their engineering team supporting customers across Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems, and delivering a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and commissioning ATM equipment across a range of customer sites.

The Role
Reporting directly to the ATM Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining ATM equipment and ensuring customer sites remain fully operational.
Duties will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing ATM faults and equipment failures
- Carrying out ATM installations, commissioning, and decommissioning work
- Travelling throughout Northern Ireland to customer locations
- Using diagnostic equipment and testing tools to identify faults
- Completing preventative maintenance activities to maximise ATM uptime
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Installing and removing ATM signage when required
- Following company procedures, security protocols, and Health & Safety requirements
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Essential Criteria
- Previous ATM engineering experience is essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters
- Good IT skills and confidence using diagnostic systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required

Physical Requirements
This role involves manual handling and lifting of ATM equipment and components. Candidates must be comfortable carrying out physically demanding tasks and working independently across multiple locations.
Security & Vetting Requirements
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be required to complete a comprehensive screening and vetting process prior to employment commencing. This includes:
- Up to 10 years employment history verification

- Driving licence verification
