How do you find the right candidates for my company?

Are there any hidden fees or extras that I will have to pay for?
We pride ourselves on having no hidden fees in the services we offer.
Temporary Placements: Charged at an hourly rate based on the total number of hours the candidate works for you, plus VAT.
Permanent Placements: Charged as a percentage of the candidate’s
annual salary, plus VAT.

What is Temp to Perm?
Temp to Perm is when you want to recruit a candidate on a temporary basis due to unknown business demands or like most businesses, to use as a probationary period before offering a Permanent Contract of Employment. This means that the agency will pay the worker during this period & you will be charged an hourly rate based on the number of hours worked per week. No extra costs, you only pay for the hours the agency worker is working for you.
