Invoicing Clerk

Ashton Recruitment require a Invoicing Clerk our client based in Belfast Habour

Position: Invoicing Clerk

Location: Belfast

Duration: Temporary – Permanent

Rate of Pay: £24,000-£28,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Processing invoices and credit notes;
  • Sending invoices to customers
  • Dealing with any invoicing queries and investigating missing/incorrect invoices;
  • Liaising with colleagues to answer any outstanding queries;
  • Reconciliation of supplier and customer invoices;
  • Entering invoicing data accurately and efficiently onto online hub systems;
  • Keeping accurate accounts records
  • Any other administrative tasks required e.g. filing;
  • Dealing with any finance related queries;

Essential Criteria

  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal;
  • Good telephone manner – confident to liaise over the telephone;
  • Experience within an administration role preferrable
  • Strong administration skills (Use of Online systems as well as Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Acts with professional integrity and honesty to deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clean Driving Licence as there could be requirement to travel to offices in other ports
