Reach Truck Driver

We are currently hiring a Reach Forklift Driver to work with our client based in Dungannon.

Position: Reach Truck Driver

Location: Dungannon

Duration: 12 weeks temp – perm

Rate of Pay: £13.96 per hour Dayshift

£14.96 per hour Evening shift

Hours of Work: 6:15am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday OR

2:15pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Use a reach truck to store pallets at height and record locations on the computerised stock system
• Use a reach truck to load and unload blast freezers
• Use a pallet truck to load and unload delivery truck
• Responsible for organising the store in an appropriate manner
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and tidy
• Advise management of any damaged product
• Advise management of repairs required to plant and premises
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements
• Occasionally assist with loading cartons on to freezer racks
• Any other duties as required

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (reach training will be provided)
• Self-motivated to ensure all jobs are completed on time;
• Communication and organisation skills;
• The ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Flexible and able to work overtime as and when required to meet factory demands;
• The ability to maintain and improve on our high levels of hygiene.
