As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support a number of Recruitment Consultants by generating candidates to fill vacancies for a wide range of clients.

Reporting to the Recruitment Director, this role is all about delivering high volume, qualified candidates as well as providing general administrative support to the overall recruitment function.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Exceed expectations by ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Advertise job vacancies across multiple channels, including job boards, email marketing and social media
  • Generate candidates through CV searching, social media, job adverts and referrals
  • Conduct initial telephone screening and arrange interviews
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards and in-house database
  • Liaise with consultants to ensure you have all the information needed to recruit successfully
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Update and maintain company database
  • Understand and meet agreed KPI’s

Salary and Benefits

£23,000 to £25,000 per annum

30 to 35 days holiday per annum including stats

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm early finish on Fridays 4.30pm

Opportunity for additional payment up to £150 per week for out of hours cover
