Retail Order Processors – Returns

Ashton Recruitment requires Retail Assistants for our client based at Nutts Corner. The successful applicant will be responsible for working in the returns department unpacking returned clothing, steaming, folding and repackaging again.

Position: Retail Assistants – Processing Returns

Location: Nutts Corner

Duration: Temporary to Permanent (Dependent on Performance)

Rate of Pay: £11.50 to £11.75 per hour (Over 21), £10.50 per hour (Under 21)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 2pm-10.30pm

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Unpacking clothing that has been returned
• Spot cleaning, steaming and then folding and repackaging clothing for resale
• Ensuring all clothing returned is up to standard
• Advising team leaders of any damaged or faulty goods
• Using hand held scanner when required
• Working in a stockroom environment processing returned orders

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience working within a retail/ stockroom environment
• Previous experience working with clothing
• Own transport is necessary due to location
