Showroom Sales Assistant

Ashton Recruitment require a Showroom Sales Assistant our client based in Newtownabbey.

Position: Showroom Sales Assistant

Location: Newtownabbey

Duration: Permanent

Rate of Pay: £25,000 (OTE up to £50,000)

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week (Monday – Sunday)

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Point of contact within the store for customer sales support and maintain excellent customer service.
• Providing full refurbishment estimates and quotations to customers.
• Providing sales support to external staff and assistance where required.
• Provide first class customer service and after sales service to all customers.
• Filing and general administration duties as required.
• Upkeep and maintenance of the excellent showroom including responsibility for Health and Safety in line with legislation.

Essential Criteria

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
• Bathroom Sales experience is essential.
• IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a strong team player.
