Van Helpers & Warehouse Operatives

Ashton Recruitment requires Van Helpers for our client based in Nutts Corner. Van helpers will also work within the warehouse on days they are not required to assist with deliveries.

Position: Van Helper/ Warehouse Operative

Location: Nutts Corner

Duration: Temporary (Permanent vacancies may become available dependant on performance)

Rate of Pay: Over 23 – £10.54 to £10.98 per hour, Under 23 – £10.18 to £10.48 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7am until finish (Typically 8 to 10 hour shifts)

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Loading and off-loading brown & white goods
• Warehouse duties as required
• Making deliveries to customers
• Providing excellent Customer Service
• Filling in all paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion
• Map reading & providing directions for drivers
• Providing excellent customer service
• All other Driver’s Helper and General Labouring duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in Warehouse/ Distribution environment.
• Previous experience working with brown & white goods

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience as a van helper
