Junior Spray Painter – Ballynahinch

£12.71 – £14.00 per hour + 50p timekeeping bonus | Temp to Perm

Are you a Junior Spray Painter with around 1 year’s experience looking to build your skills in a stable, long-term role with a well-established manufacturing company?

Ashton Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Junior Spray Painter on behalf of our busy client based in Ballynahinch, offering consistent hours, excellent working conditions and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

This role will involve working within a production environment, preparing and spray painting paint trailers to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting production information and specifications

• Preparing products prior to the painting process

• Spray painting trailers to a high-quality finish

• Carrying out basic quality checks

• Ensuring safe operation of equipment and machinery

• Working in a clean, organised and efficient manner

• Adhering to health, safety and environmental procedures

• Minimising waste and following company processes and guidelines

This is a great opportunity for someone who:

• Has around 1 year’s experience as a Spray Painter or within a paint line environment

• Is keen to learn and develop within a supportive production team

• Takes pride in producing high-quality work

• Works well as part of a team

• Has strong attention to detail and good time management

• Is looking for a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects

What’s on offer:

• £12.71 – £14.00 per hour + 50p timekeeping bonus

• Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm

• Friday: 8am-4pm
