Cleaner (12.5 hours per week)

Ashton Recruitment is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at a client in Derry/Londonderry

Location: Derry/Londonderry
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-11:15am – 12.5 hours per week

Duties:

• Clean and maintain designated areas, including customer areas, offices, toilets and staff facilities.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces and empty bins.
• Clean touchpoints regularly and replenish washroom supplies.
• Keep cleaning equipment clean, maintained and stored safely.
• Use cleaning products and chemicals in accordance with instructions and Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks to the required standard.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or shortages of cleaning supplies.
• Work professionally and discreetly around staff and customers.

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to commit to the working hours required
• Previous professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to undergo the required AccessNI check before starting.
