We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join a specialist manufacturing team in Nutts Corner, Dundrod, working within a modern clean room environment. As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting the manufacture of specialist aerospace-related products. Working as part of an experienced team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring products are prepared, processed and packaged to the highest standards while following strict quality and safety procedures.

Position: Production Operative
Location: Nutts Corner, Dundrod
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour, increasing upon successful permanent appointment
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating mixing machinery
• Mixing and decanting aerospace-related materials
• Labelling, packaging and preparing finished products
• Preparing consumables for production
• Working in accordance with strict quality assurance standards and operating procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
• Full UK driving licence due to the location of the site
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Reliable and committed approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
